1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NK Bullion website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To make purchases or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Pricing: Prices for precious metals are based on current spot prices and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will pay. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Errors in product or pricing information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Verification issues with payment information

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our Site. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and methods vary based on order value and destination. All shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Ship the product back in its original packaging
  • Include all original documentation and certificates

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refund amounts may be adjusted based on current market prices for precious metals.

8. Sell to Us Program

If you wish to sell precious metals to NK Bullion, you must submit a request through our "Sell to Us" program. All offers are based on current market prices and are valid for a limited time. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity and condition of all items before completing any purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NK Bullion or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NK BULLION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NK Bullion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
