1. Shipping Methods
NK Bullion ships all precious metals orders via USPS Registered Mail or UPS with full insurance coverage. Every shipment is tracked from our facility to your door and requires a signature upon delivery.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free insured shipping on all orders totaling $199 or more. Orders under $199 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 within the continental United States.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or market volatility, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Insurance & Security
Every shipment from NK Bullion is fully insured for the total purchase value. Our insurance covers loss, theft, and damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim and either replace the items or issue a full refund.
6. Signature Requirement
All orders require a signature upon delivery. This is a mandatory security measure to protect your investment. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. Packages will not be left unattended.
7. Discreet Packaging
For your security, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no external indication of the contents or the sender’s identity as a precious metals dealer. Return address labels use a generic business name.
8. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders containing precious metals. International shipping is not available at this time.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order status from your account dashboard under “Order History.”
10. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.
11. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. NK Bullion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may incur additional fees.
